Obama is on the side with Congressional Democrats in opposition to Congressional Republicans. They are discussing the debt ceiling increase. The debt that the government is allowed to acquire before it must stop is the debt ceiling. It is extremely essential.President Obama walked out of a stressed debt limit meeting Wed saying he'd had enough. The rapidly-approaching deadline to raise the debt ceiling is August 2. The impact might be disastrous for the country's economy if it defaults on debts and receives a reduced credit rating. I found this here: Obama walks out of debt ceiling debate saying he has reached his limit.
